One of the most outstanding things happened recently though.. and dropped off my shirts to be washed and pressed at the first and tangerine location and about 35 minutes later got a call on my cell phone from one of the employees who works there by the name of Monique informing me that I had left $45 in one of the shirt pockets. It's incredibly nice to deal with a business that is fundamentally old fashioned and very honest. Also, the fact that they know their customers as individuals. Honestly that kind of service and integrity nowadays is getting harder and harder to find. I highly recommend Sparkle Cleaners. “I do laundry here and I have never had a bad experience with machines not working or taking my quarters. There’s typically plenty of available washers and dryers. They keep the place clean and once i left a blanket in the dryer, days went by before I realized it. I went bavk to ask about it and immediately recognized my blanket on the counter near the back. This laundry facility is clean and the price of large machines are fair. Laundry bags are available for purchase also detergent and fabric softener and dryer sheets all the essentials are available. I usually go out back door to smoke but sometimes smells like piss out there because theres no public restrooms so I’m not surprised lol. Follow my IG @rod_c_w”

“First time here. Staff were quick to help me get a stored value card to operate the machine and help me figure out which size machine to use and the settings to wash my comforters. They were there every step of the way. Place was clean including the bathrooms, washer and dryers worked well. When it came time to use the free dryers, other customers were friendly and helped me get that going. While sitting here, I noticed they have a wash and fold service as well as pick up and delivery. 30 min wash and 30 min dry cycles. 2 thumbs up from me.”

They are good about turn-around time; I was able to get something by the next day at 1 PM. And prices are reasonable; just about the same as other dry cleaners in the area. I took off one star because parking can be a pain. I had to park on the other side of the strip mall and walk over. But I have no complaints about service.”
