Their customer service is excellent. We've looked at well over 150 of their rugs and they are always patient and able to discuss the rugs. Our last purchase was an antique rug that Peter and Brian found for us a few weeks after they had so patiently brought over rugs for us to try that weren't quite right. However, they had remembered our decor and likes and dislikes and found the perfect rug. We cannot recommend them too highly.”
