“Nice place! When I go there, it's usually pretty empty so you're never waiting for a machine. Lately, I've been using their drop off service, which is 89 cents per pound and they usually have it done within the same day or next day depending how busy they are. The drop off service is great! They always do a great job. My clothes smell so fresh, they're soft and they fold everything very neatly! The parking lot is pretty small since they are other business next to it, but most of the time you can find parking.”

“When you first walk in, you are amazed they got so many machines in such a small space. About 30 washers and 30 dryers. A 2 basket washer was $2.50. 20 minutes in the dryer was $0.75. When I was there - there was about 25 people but only 6 places to sit plus 4 seats in front of video poker. I only saw one folding table. It was 81° outside but it was comfortable inside, considering the # of dryers and people, I was worried it would be very hot but it was not. The place is clean. I knocked off a star for lack of seating and places to fold clothes.”

I do think some people should clean up their dryer sheets because it’s a 24 hour laundromat and the front desk shouldn’t have to pick up after adults. They usually do when there is a person on duty. I called spontaneously from a number off their business van, (my dryer had broken and I was trying to figure out what to do in the interium until the new one came) and a friendly person answered and set up my appointment in 5 minutes. They did get lost, and intially appeared like they just didn't show up, yet when I called they made it right, picked up clothes and returned them on time, all neat, clean and folded. The price point, in my opinion, is really good too. I would recommend using them and just work through the first-time hiccups because they seem to value customer service.”

He called me in advance to let me know his arrival. Although I considered Chem-Drys to be a bit on the pricey end, the customer service was excellent. Jenna was my first point of contact. She very professional, polite, and personable. Overall a really good experience. You get what you pay for.”
