They’re always on time, show up with an organized team sized right for the larger jobs, and work quickly - but with care and attention to detail. The owner has stopped out multiple times to check in on the crew/job and always ends up jumping in to help. Not because the work is poor (far from it), but because they care about the workers and providing a top-end service. I’m impressed every time the owner rolls up their sleeves, it demonstrated work ethic, pride and devotion. The cleaning teams show the same traits and it’s apparent that dynamic has been carefully curated. There may be cheaper options available, but I’ve always been happy to pay The Maids fee - they’re worth it. The proactive communication/transparency saves so much time, while also building trust. I always know I’m getting a great value.”
