When William arrived and started to assess the damage and get a game plan together we lost power but he and his team continued to work the problem and did not leave until all of the drywall was removed and the fans and dehumidifiers were in place. We were extremely thankful and they continued to be in communication with us during the dry out to answer all of our questions.
