They are extremely busy because they know their craft and do excellent work. In fact, 3 other clients were dropping off rugs while I was there briefly picking up our renewed rug. They worked their magic and the pet stain is gone and no foul odor. They really saved the day. And yes, I let my daughter keep the puppies. ;)”

“I am so happy I chose to call A1 steam way. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before and they are about 3 years old. I do know my carpet is pretty cheap, so I honestly wasn’t expecting such a great outcome. I had one room in particular that I called about which had kitten pee. I used my home shampooer and it did enough to not reek like cat pee, but not enough to smell fresh. There was an odor I could just not remove no matter what I did. Well A1 got the job done. After the carpet fully dried, and the smell of the cleaners calmed down a bit, the room finally smells normal. It’s been maybe two weeks now and every is still fresh looking and smelling. I was also very grateful for the price point. He did another bed room and 2 area rugs all for his minimum price which I really appreciated. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!”
