“I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. I received a call the day before I was to pick it up that it had been damaged. I was very upset to hear the news. However, Daphne from Pilgrim Cleaners took care of the situation and reimbursed me for my loss. I was having people over to see our bedroom which we had remodeled including a new comforter so she rushed the payment to me so I could order a new one. Things don’t always go as they are planned but due to Daphne there was a silver lining in all of this. I highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners. The employees are very kind and communicate efficiently throughout the store to make sure you are getting the best service. I highly recommend this dry cleaners. The seamstress is very popular and is known to do some of the best work. She specializes in gowns but can do just about anything! She's very sweet and will leave you satisfied. They also partner with "Cobblers West" which is rated highly in the state of Florida for shoe repair. Just another reason to stop in for their services.”
