They always answered the phone (never got voice mails) and they were straight forward about the pricing. They gave me a good quote and they communicated multiple times between the time of quote and the time of cleaning to make sure everything was all set for the cleaning. They came out on time, measured the areas of cleaning, and gave us a quote that was even better than before. She walked us through the process and was an excellent guide during our home chaos. The young men who came out and cleaned up from the water damage were all excellent. Kiev and Cory were the first on the scene. Kiev explained the process and then he and Cory went to work. The next crew members, led by Cameron, were also terrific. Cameron was so helpful and calming. What an outstanding communicator! As I mentioned, every crew member was fantastic. Thanks to Cameron, Cory, Kiev, Ashton, Vinnie, Lauren, and Bobbie back at the main office. Service Master should be proud of these men and women. They are excellent representatives of the company. This was a traumatic experience for us.
