They have a nice follow up system in between the scheduled appointment and the initial call. A text to remind me and an email with info on how to prepare for the service. They called me before arriving on the day of, as I requested. Actual service was also great. He identified areas I didn't even notice and suggested some products to address the issues. He was very friendly and the carpets look and smell great. Very reasonably priced, I would use again for sure!”

When I put it on the first time in her shop, she walked me through multiple options for how to bring the waist up - we ultimately decided to have her cut the entire dress in half and bring up the waist a few inches. Because of the radical alteration, I had to come back for *multiple* fittings to get everything just right. Yasmine was so adaptive and made every tiny change, down to the week of my wedding carving out several hours so that we could make on-the-spot changes. Yasmine helped me see the details to change that made my dress so amazing in the end - Even when I didn’t know what I was seeing, she could see it. She is personable, easy to work with, hard working, reliable, and incredibly talented. So grateful to have been referred here!”
