“I got to meet the owner/ operator of ANR Carpet Care Santa Ana last week to have some carpeted rooms and stairs cleaned in our home. He arrived promptly at 8:00, quickly measured the rooms we wanted cleaned (measured around the furniture), calculated the price based on "cleanable" space and got it done. We had some stains at the top of the stairs which didn't come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, but he got them out without an issue or even mentioning them. He also left us written instructions and foot-booties to help us navigate the drying carpet. It was nice to work with someone who takes care of the details without being asked. I shall be referring him to my friends and have him back in 6 months for our next service.”

“Bought a vintage 100% wool navy pea coat that was heavily damaged by washing. I went a little out of my way to take it to this location where they do everything on site. I'm so glad I did. When I brought my coat in, the woman I talked to said the fabric was basically ruined. Disheartened, with nothing to lose, I just asked her to do your best. It was done the next day and when I came into pick it up I honestly expected it to look awful. I was absolutely floored by the quality job they did! Still had some minor creases, but not very noticeable since the coat is black. Nothing short of a miracle! Cost me less that $10 with an online coupon. I don't use cleaners often but the quality work and friendly service was astounding. I won't even bother to go anywhere else. Thanks Comet, you guys rock!”
