“I just want to give a shout out to American Maid Carpet Cleaning and their House Cleaning Division! I called 15 different companies in the area since I had an urgent request to clean one of my rentals, which was left in a really bad shape by the tenants, with extremely dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms/kitchen and all you can imagine! It was so bad that I couldn’t even show it to some prospects and interested parties. Erica, the owner of American Maid, was the only one that got back to me within a few hours, and she answered all of my questions and set me up with carpet cleaning and a thorough house cleaning within 2 days. They did an outstanding job!! They were hard working, professional, efficient and respectful of our place. BUT most importantly, the old carpets look like NEW again and the house is incredibly clean, sanitized and looks amazing!! After all the cleanings were done I signed a long-term contract with a great new tenant! Thank you so much Erica and American Maid! And by the way: Erica never over-charged me for the short-term appointment booking. And their prices are so reasonable, way below what others charge in this area. “It's good because it's 24 hours. The dryers are good you don't have to keep feeding them but it's 7 min. My issue with is with washing as with any laundry place cost more for hot wash. $10.50 for the largest machine. That's with a prewash and hot water. .25 more for extra rinse. Over all I like going there.”

“From my first phone call with Donna, she was extremely kind, professional, positive, and a bright ray of sunshine! She explained clearly how pricing works, did not try to sell me anything I did not ask for, and explained the entire process of what the day of the cleaning would look like. We used Hydra Maxx for a move-out carpet cleaning and since we had left the residence prior to the cleaning, Donna texted me about 30 minutes before the cleaners would arrive so my boyfriend or I could go over and meet them there. She was extremely responsive and communicative! Even though she could not give me a promised timeframe of arrival initially because we are in South Tampa, they came much sooner than I expected! Because of our location, I was expecting us to be the last stop of the day / late afternoon and they were there by noon. The team onsite was also professional and kind and did a FABULOUS job! I’m a perfectionist and it’s obvious this company hires perfectionists too. 10/10 stars, I would definitely use Hydra Maxx again!”

I was able to get a few blankets, a sheet, and a few towels dry in 38 minutes in the largest dryer. I had no problem getting any machine at 2pm on a Tuesday. Plenty of parking available.”
