Last year, I needed to set up a trust account for my Mom, so I decided to google “Best estate planning” firms in New England. The one that got rave reviews was a large firm in Downtown Boston who will not be named here, so I decided to have them draft up estate documents for her. At the end of the process, my mom and I were handed a small binder with all the basics, POA, HIPPA, last will & testament, etc.... in an estate plan.
