So I was forced to put him in a nursing home. What I did not realize was ALL of his retirement pay would go to the nursing home and I was not going to have enough income to live in our home. We hired the ARD Law Firm to help and they did a fantastic job of getting him on Medicaid to cover the nursing home which allowed me to have enough income to stay in our house.
