But recently I came here for a rare request. I was in need of someone at the branch getting some dire information for me. Lizette the branch manager was so very helpful. You can tell that she has built a rapport with her clients. She new them by name and they new her. She was so patient and helpful. Although we didn't get my request accomplished that day.
