Recent visit one kid was kicking a small ball inside the Library like he was trying out for soccer and I was like oh my goodness no discipline/respect at all for the location.”

“Not my home library (Crystal Lake), but I did visit to get my passport renewed after getting married and changing my name. A very stark difference in my unpleasant experiences at the post office, I was treated very well and taken through the process step by step with librarian Erica. She was very kind and helpful through the process and it was super speedy too! Happy to say I received my passport in no time with no problems making it possible to make my international vacation. If I have to do any passport services again in the future or anyone else in my family, I will direct them to go through the library. Thanks again!”
