On more than one occasion, I've needed a book that provides an introductory level of information to a course and when calling the Delaware County Library, the Librarians at 2 of its locations were very helpful. They had pulled several books for me to consider and had them ready when I arrived at the library. It was nice because I didn't know for sure what books to look for or exactly what I needed.”

“Very polite lady working at greeting desk. She tried to assist me with a fax with no success. It wasn't her fault. She offered to try again but I had to be somewhere else. Otherwise I do believe she would have worked at faxing it until it through. A+ on effort and helpfulness. Also everyone greeted me as I walked through halls of the library with a smile. Yes everyone was wearing a mask 😷. But you can the kindness of a people in their eyes. Thank you to the lovely custodial lady and other lady that had her arms filled with some of her days work as rushed to her destination through well care for maintained hallways in the library. As I walked out of the library in a hurry. One of the beautiful art pieces the library caught my eye. Please know I have been down these hallways in the library several, okay maybe numerous times and had never realized the pictures are native to the local area. This is very much appreciated by me. Thank you for starting my day on a positive note.”
