I went to two other places that tried to copy my mail key, and one told me they couldn't do it because it was too difficult, and another did it without a word, and it didn't work on the lock. I explained this to the locksmith and he acknowledged it and went to work. 30 seconds later, I got a working copy of my mail key. Great service.”

I had called Al to come rekey my house since I had lost my keys and it had been forever since the keys in my house have been changed.
