“We were in need of fixing a finicky lock that wouldn't turn correctly with our key. Called Half Price first thing he opened Monday at 9 am. He answered immediately and he asked me to describe the lock and the issue. He gave me an ETA for arrival in the afternoon. He called me mid day to give me an update. He arrived, resolved the issue, rekeyed the lock and provided us 4 duplicate keys from his truck within less than 20 minutes.
