"Downfall" I would say is that I got 3 keys for $12 when it would have been nice to use different keys as my 3 keys instead of 3 of the same key for $12. Very nice but needs improvement on how it works. Also while I was trying to read and process the discount on another key, the machine just cut me off before I could understand the process. Keep improving this machine!”

I had first called about the vehicle I was interested in and they were completely honest about the vehicle’s title and condition and texted me the VIN. I later test drove it and was not pressured to look at other options or newer years of the same vehicle. A few days after that, I called about trading in my vehicle for the one I tested and they at least gave me an estimate before I drove 3 hours for them to check it out. They offered me more than what they estimated which allowed me to purchase the newer one without a loan. Such a smooth process! I had to mail them the title for the car I traded in and they were very patient and trusting with me. I read lots of reviews about their dealership before looking too much through their inventory. All the reviews were excellent and now I’ve had that same great experience! Thanks to the guys at Tony’s Auto! I love my new wheels!”
