There is one catch, it's not entirely consistent, there are times where the chicken is 4 stars, but it's usually 5, could be oil temperature etc, i don't really know. It stays piping hot and remains crisp even after going for a ride in the car. The ribs are more than adequate, and have the milder southern style BBQ sauce with no vinegar odor. Potato wedges and crinkle cut fries are also very good.The staff are attentive and friendly as long as you're not a Yelp reviewer that expects the impossible of them. Have introduced it to several people i work with and all of them were very complimentary of the chicken's flavor.”

My husband and I always wanted to try the pizza from here for a while now and it wasn't until just yesterday 03/30/2021 that we were fortunate enough to. Clyde and his son are just fantastic and very good at what they do! The pizza was out of this world delicious and words can't describe how amazing it was! It was so good that my hands started doing this sort of "jazz" movement that I believe is jazz hands, which I have never experienced before. Definitely would highly recommend Sahara Pizza in Black Diamond!!!”
