I was taken back for a moment as he was the only one there. Nonetheless, I gave him a chance and let him cook me up the orange chicken and fried rice lunch special. We ended up talking and it happens he is very engaged in the Asian community and is married to a Chinese woman! The chef was passionate and loved his craft. On to the food! I'm a Chinese American as well as a chef. I could tell he had years of experience as I watched him work the wok and prepare my food. It came out as good as I expected. The orange chicken was tender and crispy and the sauce was a perfect balance of sweet, saltiness and thickness. The fried rice had a blend of corn, peas, egg, and soy sauce to bring out a great fried rice. I will be back and I would recommend this place based off of one entree because after speaking with you, I know you would do everything to make a guest happy. Don't be scared to try this place and support a small business. Go now!”

It is a total hole in the wall, ambience was less than desirable after working with small children all day lol, BUT the food was AUTHENTIC and INCREDIBLE. The sauce was AWESOME on the tacos!
