I think other Papa's locations should learn from this restaurant, because they make the food look like it does in advertisements. Who does that? Everyone knows that a McDonald's burger doesn't look like it does in the ads. And, it's consistent. I don't find that one day my food is made great and the next it's just so-so. Papa Gino's, I know you've recently closed a considerable number of locations, but perhaps you might not have needed to if every location took notes from this one in Braintree. “Not impressed with this place. Ordered a pizza and the whole box came oily. If I wasn’t starving, I wouldn’t have ate the less oily parts. The pizza was “okay” but the appearance was awful. Who wants to receive food like this? First and last time ordering from this place. Alright, so the previous review I submitted was two months ago. Since then, I decided to give Pizza Mia another try. I decided to try the Grilled Chicken Caesar salad that someone recommended. The salad was pretty good. The chicken was well seasoned and they weren’t stingy with the dressing. Not bad for a salad. I also tried the BLT sandwich with an over easy egg and it was SO DAMN GOOD. I’ve had BLT sandwiches before, but none like this one. Def recommend it. Most recently, my wife ordered a breakfast pizza. I wasn’t even going to try another pizza cause of my first experience, but this one wasn’t bad at all. The flavor was real good and it wasn’t all oily like the pizza from two months ago. I can honestly say this place is alright.”

The delivery drivers are all incredibly sweet and polite. I'm not a fan of their newest manager, he's rude and if you put in a complaint he will fight with you about it. If it wasn't for the current manager, I'd definitely be giving this place five stars. The employees are awesome.”
