There was no griping, complaining nor hollering to get someone to step in any of the positions. They saw an empty space, stepped up and went right to work. It was fascinating to watch such a well ordered crew. The best was observing the person who had to take the pizza from the oven, put it in the correct box and yet never lost pan coming from the oven. I was doing enough panicking for him. It's worth picking up your goodies just to watch. The only thing I didn't like was how stingy on the sauce. Granted the last thing you need is pizza sauce dripping everywhere, but I do believe another half scoop of sauce would have improved the pie. As usual, the taste of their pizzas are out of this world. Haven't tried the pastas yet nor the chicken so cannot comment on them. The brownie is delish. The chocolate chip cookies as an addition on top are a masterpiece.”

My husband and I went to a few of the farmers' markets in Coal City and tried the breakfast tacos, breakfast burrito, sweet potato hash, and sweetened iced tea. Everything was SO good. I think the fresh ingredients really set them apart from other local dining options. The tacos weren't what you might expect with greasy meat and too much sour cream. Instead, they were loaded with perfectly seasoned potatoes, bacon from a local farm, and a hand-made cilantro sour cream. My favorite part, though? Sweet potato and brussel sprout hash topped bacon, a fried egg and tasty honey Sriracha sauce. I dream about that dish...”
