“We stopped here after a walk at Palmer Park. There were a lot of bakery choices but they were all basic the same. Nuts or berries, or both. I went with shortbread with mixed berry jam. Which, turned out to have nuts. 😐 It was harder than I expected for shortbread and filled with nuts, but the berry jam was tasty. It was edible and cheaper than some coffee shop pastries, but I wouldn't buy it again. I'm not really sure what my companions got but other than the biscotti, which was also very hard, everyone seemed to enjoy their drinks.”

“We just moved here so this is our first experience with pizza in Godley. I was so tired after working all day and I decided to order here. I’m used to dominos/papa johns. Godley Pizza Station took longer to deliver than chain pizza places and now I know why. It was so fresh!! The salad was crazy amazing. It actually came with olives and mushrooms and croutons. The breadsticks and garlic butter were amazing. The garlic butter is a must! The pizza was so flavorful. I am very impressed! Highly recommend.”

“Guidos has great pizza. This was my first time going there and I ordered a large cheese for take out. When I got there I waited a few minutes before it was ready to go. They seemed very busy with deliveries and take out. This location has been in business for over 20 years and it was clear they have been successful. They were very friendly as well. I ate the pizza about an hour after I picked it up and even though it was a bit cold, the crust was still a bit crispy and had a great texture and flavor. It was a classic pizza with the right balance of cheese and sauce. The interior is spartan and small, hence the lower grade for atmosphere. Parking was tight.”

The half pound of meat is substantial and delicious and the bread and meats combined with the au jus made for a super satisfying meal. The indoor/outdoor seating area isn't the most comfortable but it got the job done. No Wi-Fi but was able to hotspot my laptop to watch a video while enjoying lunch. Decent amount of seating that even during peak times there was enough for everyone to get their own table. Most were taking the food to-go.”
