They handled the issue so fast and were really caring about making it right with us. Just another reason we love ordering from them. Their drivers are always friendly and if I ever had an issue (rarely) they were kind about fixing it. I would give 5 stars but I do have one complaint. I always put "well done" in the special instructions for my pizza and it never, I mean never, has been made well done. Which is unfortunate. I don't like having to preheat my oven when I know my pizza is coming because I will be putting it my oven to finish cooking. If they would start cooking the pizza well done like I ask for, they would get that other star.”

Only downside was they have that masks are required yet their employees were not wearing them because as I walked in I saw them put them on and one person had it below his nose[which is pointless to wear one at this point].
