“I always receive great customer service from this location. The employees are professional and courteous. I actually drive out of my way, passing on other subway stores just to be serviced at this location. Also, I have a respiratory medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask and yet the staff here have not once shunned me, criticized me, or made me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. As a result, I always feel treated like a human being treated with decency. I tip the staff out of appreciation for their non pressure, non toxic, and welcoming atmosphere. That is what Windy's does. For example when we order Chile at Wendy's it is still hot when we get home. Their containers insulate the food very well to keep it warm.”
