Great communication from the beginning. All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5. One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues. “Very pleased so far. We have been affected by the dreadful service from Waste Management. WM has left us for weeks with no pickups so we had 4 cans by the road. We cancelled WM and signed up with Hometown. Not only did Hometown drop off our cans a week early which was great, but they also emptied out all of the WM garbage out of the 4 WM cans! So far I'm loving the service! Most people in my neighborhood have also switched to Hometown and I only hear good things from my neighbors. So glad we are actually going to have garbage pickup now instead of paying for it to WM when they never actually pickup anything.”
