Recently I went to do some repairs and left a message that I was coming to get it, I guess to be polite. I picked it up with no problems. Everything was intact plus he is a straight to the point guy. Amazing price for storage. I returned it today to store it and he came and said hello. He seems like a decent guy. I havent seen any evidence that anything shady is going on. My RV was moved to this location btw because I had it stored at a nice storage facility and someone stole my catalytic converter. Everything was intact at this place. So a bit random and confusing to understand a bad experience here. The guy seemed like a straight shooter and this far has only proven to be one. Great prices too! Casino across the street... very nice.”

“I cannot say enough about this storage place. I have 3 other units at other locations and needed one very close to my home. I rented from this location until my office warehouse was ready for move in. Ronnie at the front desk is very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The location is very safe, well lit and CLEAN. I had a nest of wasps that had built in the hallway by my unit and I could not get by them comfortably. I went to the office and Ronnie literally stopped everything and went and removed it. I am only sorry that I have to move as my unit was a corner unit with lighting inside when I raised the door. You will not be sorry if you rent from this location. Thanks again!”
