I drive a dump truck and we are working on I-65 , which is probably one of the most dangerous sites as far as hopping on and off the interstate and I can say Harper works well with others. They don’t mind helping myself or other drivers get on to or back on to the interstate. They’ll hold back cars for us so we can pull out. Which may seem small but when you’re driving a truck loaded to 80,000lbs it’s helpful to be working alongside other drivers that work well with others!! Keep up the good work Harper”

“I initially wrote a review about Tate the Great, and while I had ambivalent emotions about their performance, I was ultimately dissatisfied with the fact that I had damaged items and after months of back and forth with a claims company I couldn't contact, those items were never repaired/replaced. I reluctantly decided to post my negative review. Within minutes of posting the review, the owner himself called me to rectify the situation. He apologized immediately and offered to repair the items I specifically mentioned in my review. To me this is the best possible outcome of writing a reivew. A company that truly cares about their name and the satisfaction of their customers. He was unaware of my grievances and wished he knew sooner. Although there were some setbacks, his response and expeditious movement to action make me not even hesitate to use them if I need to move again. Those companies that make excuses for a customer being dissatisfied without even an attempt to rectify the situation, please take note, this is how it's done.”
