All three are simply the friendliest and helpful people one could ask for. They take their business seriously but maintain an incredible aura of sincere warmth and friendliness to all of their customers. This is more than a simple business deal. Going there is like going to a friend's home to accomplish some work and also relax a bit in the office. Tasty snacks are always on hand as is ice cold bottled water. Were more businesses operated like Westward Storage, there would be more satisfied customers! Proof of Craig & Sherry's competence is their 100% occupancy the majority of time! Salute!”

Kevin and his crew did all of the packing and transporting of the furniture and boxes. When they arrived at my parents' new place, Kevin and his crew spent extra time thoughtfully placing each piece of furniture so that the living areas are welcoming, well-spaced out, comfortable, and functional always keeping in mind my parents' limited mobility. For that I am grateful. Kevin and his team were friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. My parents were very comfortable with him and his services. I also enjoyed working with Kevin and his team. They even went out of their way to pick up furniture from two different residences so my parents could have exactly what they wanted. The two man team of Justin and Roland were America's Finest. They were extremely professional. Justin asked me if he could use the bathroom, he informed me that my wallet was on the sink. How's that for integrity. I advise the team that my dresser had preexisting damage from a previous move that I was going to glue once I got into my new home. I looked around a Justin had his drill and a couple of wood screws and repaired it in 2 seconds. He cared enough to go beyond the call of duty. RMJ EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.
