“I am just a consumer so I cannot speak to their distribution, but as far as really good ice cubes go, you can't go wrong with the "Nuzzolese Bros" ice cubes. You gotta get the ones in the bags that actually say "Nuzzolese Bros", though. They're crystal clear and have just a drop of sodium so they begin to melt as soon as you eat them. The process that creates clear ice takes time and I appreciate that. It's absolutely the best ice that you can buy if you eat ice cubes. I'm very anemic and have pica as a result. I crave ice and the smell of a freezer. I have tried every kind of ice there is and the best ice in all of New York is definitely Nuzzolese Brothers.”

They came to pickup items within the pickup window time and met us at our storage unit. “I cannot imagine having gone through this move process with any other company. We began this journey 16 months ago when my husband accepted a job in another state. We sold our home and Element came out and packed us up, put most of our things in storage for us and moved a smaller amount to an apartment while my husband put in his notice. Upon further investigating his new job was not as it had been represented, and this began the string of events over the next year and a half that caused us to have to move three more times before finally settling in Sherman. I cannot fathom working through all these changes, such as reworking our move from long distance to local, with any other company. These people became my family for the next year and a half, not just working through things but also supporting me and doing what they could to try to make things a little easier. Every single move team for every single move was absolutely top notch, professional, kind, incredibly hard working and fun to spend the day with. Because my process took so long, there was some turnover in the office but each person that came in was amazing as well. This company is a well-oiled machine and run by people who actually care. We have had some truly traumatizing moves with unscrupulous companies and we wanted to be sure we worked with one we could trust. “I have a 31' travel trailer (camper) that I needed to move from one site within a campground to another site within the same campground. The camper hadn't been moved in 15 years and the wheels had sunk in the ground about a foot. The location it needed to be moved to was only about 300' away, but involved some tricky right-hand turns. After looking at a variety of companies, I was convinced by Bach's photos on their website to give them a try - I am very glad that I did! I reached out via email and described (with pictures, maps, and video clips) what I needed help with. They said no problem. We scheduled the move for a Saturday morning, and Chad promptly showed up. It was a tricky move, but nothing phased Chad - always cool, calm, friendly and professional, Chad worked the problem and eventually moved our camper into the new location.
