“We used Old Town Movers to help move my 89 year old grandmother and her heavy and antique furniture. Brandon, Casey, Reid, and Levi were absolutely wonderful! They were patient with her as she decided where she wanted things and how she wanted things moved (despite her forgetting her hearing aids were already packed!). They were gentle with her furniture, especially the more fragile antiques, which helped ease the stress that she was feeling that day. All of them were incredibly polite, professional, efficient, and quick. We are incredibly grateful to them for helping make such a stressful day that much smoother! “We were able to book them at the last minute to move from Boston to Miami when another moving company did not show up. The customer service was perfect. They arrived on time and gave me a call when they were heading over so I knew to be ready. They packed up my goods very carefully, disassembled my furniture quickly without breaking anything, and took safe care. They arrived at the new location 7 days after pickup and were able to unload my goods extremely fast as well. They put all the boxes where I asked them to, and they put my furniture back together extremely fast and arranged my room the way I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving.”

“I had excellent experience with Mover R Here. Jing has provided great customer service over the phone right from scheduling to seeking feedback about end to end experience. I used their services twice with just few days in between, first to move my stuff from tri-level townhouse to storage and then storage to new tri-level home. I liked that movers arrived on time and confirmed start time, agreed upon charges at the beginning so there are no surprises at the end. Movers had wrapped all furniture items properly with stretch wrap and blankets. I had pretty much everything boxed but they used their own extra large boxes to put small items together to be more efficient. I would recommend them based on my overall experience.”
