“This review is a tough one to write because the words will not be able to convey just how great our experience was with Sebastian Moving St. Louis. We found Sebastian by doing a blind web-search and then seeing all of the positive reviews. This is always a bit scary when dealing with such an important service, like a move. Below are the key highlights of our experience: 1st, the contracting process was outstanding, with excellent, prompt and clear communication. 2nd, they showed up on time and clearly communicated their anticipated arrival time. 3rd, the crew was clean, polite and careful with their efforts. I can not express how pleased we were with each crew-member, all were great examples of good employees (in spite of some severe weather challenges...more on that later). 4th, they carefully secured and protected every piece of furniture. There was NO ONE single item damaged...not even a scratch! 5th, They did everything they said they would, including tearing down and setting up (dressers and beds). Wow! All of the above was accomplished, in the face of one of the hottest and most intense heat our area has had this year. IT WAS HOT and they didn't complain, they just pressed forward with the job. Our entire family is still amazed at the quality of service that was received. So very happy to add this review to the pile of positive reviews they have already collected! Thank you to the CREW...you all did a wonderful job and it is greatly appreciated!!”

“Amazing experience! I was able to see quotes for different dates, set up reservation, request a certified weight ticket, and make changes to my reservation all via the website. Once my reservation was set all my move information was easily accessible as well as contact information for both trailer service stations (departing and recieving). Trailer was delivered as promised, received a call from the driver roughly 30 min. before delivery for both drop off's. Drivers were friendly and curteous, worked with us on our requested placement of trailer both times. Trailers were picked up the business day following my call requesting pick up, just as the website promised. No storage was available which was an added stress, but they made it clear prior to setting up the contract that this was the case. (We were moving during peak season, so found this to be the case with multiple companies.) Price, service, communication and experience were all amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Everything was spelled out in the contract, no surprises, hidden fees or unexpected hiccups. 100% believe the local ABF companies played a huge part in why our experience was as good as it was. We were assigned to Lawrenceville, GA and Smiths, AL. Used u-pack for a military PPM and my husband was so pleased he wants to do this every time.”

“This was a move from WA to AZ with a full household of stuff (3000 sf of belongings), transport of two cars and arranged to have fragile items professionally packed. The bid process was done via cell phone "FaceTime" walk-through of household items to move. This was very thorough and received good advice on what and how to pack. Movers packed fragile art objects and we opted for the full insurance coverage and also opted for the added service of the movers coming back to pick up the empty boxes and packing paper after the move so we did not have to deal with hauling anything to the recycle plant. The moving crew at both ends of the move were professional, well-trained and set up the new house in good order with beds assembled and all boxes placed in the room as per the box labels. Moving is expensive. If your furnishings are worth the cost of the move, then hire the best - and Continental Van/Mayflower is definitely the best. Would use this company again and highly recommend.”
