“Got my CDL thru their ELDT(entry level driver training) program and they've been fantastic! Very safety conscious, and they don't micromanage you. The dispatchers I've spoken with have all been friendly and competent, and there are a ton of resources to help you out if you run into any problems! Benefits are pretty good and not ungodly expensive. Haven't been in the industry very long, but I think the pay is pretty good. Equipment is very new and well maintained with solid crash mitigation/driver assistance integrated into their vehicles. All company tractors(I think owner op too but I'm not sure) do have Netradyne Driveri cameras, but they only record the front and sides of the truck. The inward facing cameras are disabled. Very pet friendly! Not sure about their passenger program, but it sounds pretty good -just not something I'm interested in. Would absolutely recommend Halvor Lines to any responsible person looking to hit the road, especially if they don't have their CDL yet!”

“Take some stress out of your move, and hire Big Daddy’s Moving. They arrived on time, took great care of our belongings, and we’re very friendly/professional. Oh, the picture…our neighbors were moving on the same day as us. Their moving company (pictured) started about an hour and a half before the Big Daddy’s movers. Our neighbors were still moving as we we’re leaving. The efficiency of these guys is unmatched!”

“I have updated this review to 5 Stars based on Donna's ability to reach a resolution. I appreciate Donna's work to bring this about. I do not know where to start. They subcontracted out my move. The first movers came, claimed I had more weight than the company reported, were rude, and the said they would take half. When I refused the company did get me other movers, but it had to be on the one day I couldn't do the move or I had to wait another 10 days. I hired someone to release all my things to them ($150). My furniture is damaged. They lost all the hardware for my bed ($150 to get a handyman to fix), they did not follow instructions even when I was there at the drop off and nothing was left where I asked it to be. I had to get help lifting things. They charged me $93 to personally pack a lamp. The lamp was thrown in an unsealed box and braced with two white pillows from my furniture. The pillows now have to be cleaned. The men were very friendly, but they were not good movers at all. They left behind 14 moving blankets which I had to move from my apartment to my garage. I wrote all this up in a letter to the company and NO ONE responded. The worse part of this is that I work for a church. They owe this church money back.”

“I have been a customer at StorQuest Federal Way for over 3 years and there is no way oue relationship would have lasted as long as it did if it wasn’t for the amazing customer service and relations of the manager I met on day one. Cathy has been amazing since the day I moved in. She helped me find the best deal on a larger unit when my family got bigger. She helped preserve to my unit when I forgot to update my billing information. When other staff were unprofessional Cathy made it a safe environment to share my concerns and was always quick in resolving them. I have since moved and wanted to get a unit closer to home but to be honest I enjoy my visits in the office when I come to exchange items and as long as Cathy is here I will remain a steadfast customer.”
