“Great company. We booked with DON FARR Moving and Storage. They sent a truck labeled Hindman Trucking. Don Farr bought some of the Hindman Trucks. DO NOT CONFUSE THE TWO. Hindman or HindmanIsaacs is a quality, ethical company. DON FARR IS the exact opposite. Lies, coerced, unequipped trucks, crew is inexperienced teenagers that Crew Boss did not supervise. Damage to 90% of our furniture. Splintered hardwood. Broken hinge. Stole our personally owned dolly.”

“There is an individual at the Carefree location that deserves special mention....BEAR. Yes, that is his name. I needed to downsize my unit. I lost my voice from recent surgery, but he was patient in understanding what I needed. Bear was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and more than willing to assist. During my time there, I observed him cleaning the facility up and down the aisles. This place is highly recommended and management needs to hang on to Bear.”

“There are so many unfavorable reviews for U-Pack but I can personally recommend them after using 3 Relocubes to move between states. Their service center agents were fine, the drivers were very kind, and my stuff arrived as advertised. Only one thing broke and I can clearly see how it was a result of my packing. I can’t speak for other guests that say everything arrives broken, which I was worried about, but I used cardboard boxes, bubble packing, tie-down, and filled every spot with heavy on bottom.”

“My boyfriend and I hired this company for the first time to assist us with moving his 1 bedroom apartment into a storage unit … our movers were Alen and Oleg. The rates were pretty reasonable compared to the other companies we called.. they quoted us $99 per hour with a 3 hour minimum and additional fuel fee .: which was not too bad at all …They were not only professional , but extremely nice and punctual .. they got started right away with packing things as soon as they got there .. most movers bs around to kill Time and make more money but not these guys they were quick and didn’t go over the 3 hours they quoted us .. I would definitely recommend them again and look forward to using them when my boyfriend and I move into our house next year ! Thanks again guys :)”

“I just finished delivering a load with Southland Transport today and all I can say is Thank you Zach! Not only was he courteous the entire 3 days of our multi-drop trip but he answered me on every email and every phone call we had. We had a bit of a loading concern but they got it fixed in less than an hour and the driver was enroute. We provided updates for them at each stop and they responded even at 9pm from home which was well past business hours. Don't know who the other carriers are who are having issues but WE had nothing but Positive experience this week. Thank you!”

“These guys rock! I had rough day due to another company canceling my move date but thankfully I found Elite on google and they were able to move me the same day from Huntington Beach to Long Beach. The workers were professional and did not abuse the clock. My move was efficient and professional. They unloaded everything and arrange my furniture dissembled and resemble my bed.
