We had a delay with our new home, and PNW Moving and Delivery worked with us to reschedule. D’Mitry was also responsive in the middle of our experience with them with any questions I had. We had a two part move, pick up from storage and apartment and deliver to our new location. It didn’t take long. One thing the movers said was that we had our boxes ready to go and that moved the process along. So, I would recommend being ready to go when they arrive. My husband and I were relocating from Orlando, FL to Las Vegas, NV a few weeks ago when our moving truck broke down. Our moving truck company told us that they would set us up in Albuquerque overnight, bring us a new moving truck, and hire movers to do a load swap. We were a little worried - we had never used movers before because of horror stories we had heard but Quality Movers definitely changed our minds. They responded to the call and in less than 12 hours, were doing our load swap in a hotel parking lot. They finished in two hours and had us on the road again! My husband and I were so concerned about moving our belongings from one truck to another since it was so nicely packed up, but Quality Movers is the very essence of professional and so knowledgeable in how to pack a moving truck.
