He dropped off my shell (1 hour West) himself with ample notice. Pickup after loading was right on time. For a long distance move (1000mi southwest) my shell arrived EARLY to the local arrival warehouse, and in perfect condition to my home. I also used the unloading support option. The team was able to correct an initially wrong drop off scheduling to an on time drop off of my shell using the 3rd party company College Hunks. Both employees from College Hunks were professional and efficient. I would use Zippy Shell again.”
