Fantastic communication with the scheduler and the move leader. I was very impressed with our movers Vincent and Jamel. They were extremely professional, great attention to detail, and were prepared with high quality move equipment. They called when they were on the way and went above and beyond apply door protection and installed ramps. They were able to move our 39 year old piano without a scratch! “These guys were excellent movers! I moved out of my third floor apartment in a building with no elevators and they had my entire unit cleared in just over an hour. They wrapped or padded all my furniture, and as far as I can tell none of it was damaged (besides a small ding or two on my bed frame — it happens, moving is tough and my apartment is quite small!)
