“I met Xavier over the telephone 48 hours before I was due to move from Tampa Florida 1000 miles up to Buffalo New York. I had scheduled a move with a brokerage company and two days before they were due to arrive, they shot my estimate up $3000. I felt completely uncomfortable with the original company, and they did not take care of anything in a professional manner. From start to finish, everyone that I interacted with at Hello Movers LLC were compassionate and kind, a family operation, which I love! Xavier, Michael, Danny, and Anthony swooped in with love and care for me and my situation, and all of my belongings. Xavier put my job on the board without hesitation, and helped work with me on pricing because I was beside myself. He sent Danny and Anthony to pack up my whole life and they did, with such care. All of my belongings were meticulously, wrapped everything was left so clean! They were transparent from start to finish and this entire operation. There was no hidden anything when it came time to move. I love working with like-minded individuals and from start to finish, you can tell how much they care about their clients. I was in the middle of a panic attack when I came to Xavier and he made everything seamless. I gave Danny the biggest hug!!
