In TX the delivery driver was friendly and communicated well. We had a major rain storm the day it was delivered and cause unloading delays. Upack was very understanding. When the trailer was picked up it had created a low impression on the gravel. The driver got out after moving the trailer and spent time to fill the hole flat. Save money and have peace of mind.
