“If this were a stand alone restaurant in Old Town there would be a line every night. We don't usually use terms like 'bargain' when describing Flemings or Capital Grill, but I'll be bold and say Cholla deserves it ... you just have to get past the lingering smells-like-filtered-smoke in the casino to get to the restaurant. The staff may not exactly have the flare of Flemings, but they do a great job of acting the part. For half the price you get twice the service, great a complete menu of steaks and sides. We and another couple both has the chateaubriand cooked to golden perfection, $45 for two(!!) AND includes two sides. I love that they brought the steak out on a wood board to show the progress. Good wine selection, all less than $50 a bottle. One of the extra side we had was lobster mashed potatoes, served in a small cast iron pot, hot and flavorful. We'll be back.”

“Great place and great food. However I felt so bad for the bartender Abigail. She was great but I feel management should have at the very least two bartenders on a Saturday night. This poor girl was run ragged the whole night. She had to make drinks for the whole restaurant that evening. She never complained but we knew she was stressed. I hope someone in management is reading this and gives her more help. Other then that we had a great night and met a few new friends. Good luck Abigail I hope you get some much needed help. “One of the lounge options provided with priority pass. First impressions were that the seating options were good. We found seats facing the tarmac and they even had a foot rest. There were plenty of seats still open even though many people (50+) were using the lounge. Like many mentioned food options are limited (simply snacks, finger food such as chips, some soups and maybe a salad here or there). Overall though, a nice relaxing experience before heading to the gate for our flight.”
