“Mr. Buckner did an excellent job on my door. He replaced the side-entry wooden door, adjusted it for an effortless closing, and trimmed-it-out. I like how he primed all of his work so it would be protected and prepared for when I got around to painting it. He then installed a burglar-bar door in front of it, and everything closed perfectly. Mr. Buckner was very professional. He showed up on the day that he said he would, and ON TIME, which is very important to me. He looked at my project to determine the complexity of it, if any, and clearly communicated what was to be done, so that there would be no surprises. He stood behind the price he quoted me, even though I felt like he put in more work than he or I expected. I believe that completing the project to my satisfaction was his FIRST priority. From the estimate to job completion the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. The reason we chose them is they are family owned, fairly priced, and their work is flawless. “New Hope Painting Drywall & Remodeling LLC completed a full master bathroom remodel in our home. They did an excellent job. The owner estimated costs for every step of the remodel: demo, drywall, plumbing, tiling, painting, etc., and the final results aligned very well with these estimates. We experienced issues with our existing pipes being very brittle due to the age of our home, and the owner arranged for exposed pipes for the tub and vanity to be replaced with Pex to ensure proper quality. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, and he often visited the job site directly to be sure to give guidance to the crew. Everyone was incredibly pleasant to work with, took pride in their work, and cleaned up extremely. well. They made a challenging process as easy as possible.
