“I've worked with Steven Shriver on two remodeling projects, and saw plenty of his team's work prior to making that decision. For the longest time I really thought it was just about impossible to find a contractor that was trustworthy, timely, and does such quality work. I would and have recommended them to all of my family and friends and regret not knowing about him sooner because we would have saved hundreds to thousands and even more importantly, saved ourselves weeks of frustration and uncertainty. They're not a huge crew, so if you have an upcoming project try to call them sooner rather than later. They work very quickly, but won't rush projects just to get more business. But if they are booked, I personally would wait until they are free. Peace of mind is worth it to me. Re: COVID precautions. Again, the team is incredibly resourceful. They keep social distance, only being as many men to the house as they need and wear Shriver Remodeling Masks at all times.”

“Jeff and his team did a fantastic job completing floor to ceiling interior painting on our 4,500 sq. ft. home. They said painting is about 90% prep and 10% application. His crew certainly put in the prep work for ensuring the spray gun didn't get out of hand. Minimal oversprays were promptly cleared up and not a corner or angle was missed. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. We had also tacked on a few extras...such as painting all the kitchen cabinets and doors...not a small job. Our 'new to us' home has received a valuable facelift and we could not be happier. My wife and I strongly recommend (Jeff) Moore's Painting and Restoration. All stars!”

“This is the third time I have worked with Mark and his team at Royal Painting; once for interior painting and twice for exterior painting. In this last time (july 21) it was for full exterior sanding/painting of the house and outbuilding. Excellent work at a competitive price. They can provide repairs as needed/requested and he has an excellent carpenter who is meticulous. They point out issues where they see them and recommend solutions; only doing what you decide. They are careful with plantings and ensure any drips are cleaned up. The painting is done very well; the painters clearly want to do good work. Mark comes to the site regularly to check on things. Hid crew chief, Anderson, is the day to day point of contact who is friendly knowledgeable and dives right in. The final clean up is very good. Recommend highly.”

“Absolutely, unbelievable service and quality! Neil is a just a great guy, so it was lovely to deal with him. Found and contacted him via Yelp and along with three other painters. Neil's quote was extremely competitive. We were waiting for a HELOC to fund to pay for our house painting and had to re-schedule; Neil was very accommodating, which I'm sure was difficult during what was a very busy time for him. Painters Mike and Nick were total pros! Our house is a 1943 bungalow that has been added on to in a million different ways AND it was BARN RED, so it was not an easy job! They power sprayed, prepped, and painted with great attention to detail. My jerk of a neighbor rebuilt his fence within a foot of our house, so we were convinced that portions of that side would not be able to be painted! We were wrong! The guys got it done and it looked great! I was stunned! In addition, they gracefully endured our yappy dogs, we're very friendly, and super clean, tidying up each day when they left.
