He's not only professional and detail-oriented, he's also super thorough and fast, without jeopardizing the qualify of work. His turnaround time is unreal, from giving an estimate to painting the interior and exterior of the house. He communicated a timeline of start and completion date once I signed the agreement, and he did not fail to deliver. The crew completed painting the interior and exterior of the 1,700+ SQFT home within a week. The interior needed a lot of repairs throughout including new drywall, texture, and getting the mold treated. The cuts/lines between walls, ceilings, doorways and cabinetry are perfect--super happy with the detailed work. The exterior also needed quite a bit of TLC, and the team did not disappoint. Louie was very helpful in providing recommendations of paint types and grade to get that premium look. End result: the house looks PHENOMENAL! His crew was awesome and showed up when scheduled. Jason made sure every evening, they had completed the job to my satisfaction. We did have to reschedule a few times, first because I needed to and then he did but, this is the nature of the contractor business right now. Everyone is busy, so patience is sometimes required. “I highly recommend Diamond Prefinish. I didn't even know what a finishing shop was until my cabinet maker introduced me to them. We were replacing our kitchen cabinets and I had been unable to find a stain color that I liked on the maple doors I would be using. Diamond Prefinish was super patient with me in coming up with various finish samples until they were sure it was perfect, and I could not be happier! I didn't know that maple was a difficult wood to stain and get the color right,but apparently, maple doesn't take color well. Diamond Prefinish did an amazing job and the end result is absolutely gorgeous. All my friends comment about the gorgeous color. Diamond Prefinish did such a great job on my cabinets that I hired them to paint the doors in my house and they turned out beautifully too. All along, their customer service has been excellent and I genuinely believe they take great pride in their work and want the finished product to be excellent. “We hired Progressive Painting to paint the exterior of our home, based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them and loved them. Our experience was terrific. Thomas, the owner, does all of the work himself with one employee (Steve). They were everything you would want in a contractor - prompt, friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. The workmanship was excellent. Our house required a lot of carpentry work to remove rotting wood and replace it with PVC boards. We also had our back deck stained and the rear screened in porch redone. In all of those areas, Thomas did outstanding work. When something came up, he took care of it, and we asked for a couple of additional tasks as he went along and he took care of everything with a quick price quote. Clean up each day was thorough. The painted house looks great. Summary: highly recommend. The weren't the lowest bid, but since you are doing research, I assume that the quality matters most to you and based on our experience, Progressive Painting delivers the goods.”
