We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. I appreciate Royal Parking going above and beyond to resolve this. Chad is a great guy!”

The shuttle service to the airport was super quick and upon return all we had to do was call the company and someone came over right away (they're not doing as many rides currently because of COVID but we still hardly had to wait to be picked up). I would absolutely use this service again.”
