“My family and I have come here a couple times as we recently started a small fish aquarium in our house. Their fish selection is amazing, and we have found their staff to be very knowledgeable about fish care and very friendly. They also have a huge selection of aquariums and decor. Maybe you pay slightly less at the local big box pet store, but this place is worth any extra cost for their selection and expertise. We also picked up a handful of ember tetras today and were pleasantly surprised they were on sale for half off (and CHEAPER than the big box stores, most of which don't have ember tetras). Highly recommend.”

“Can we just say i love love LOVE this place! I am a customer for life! My enclosure is outstanding! I Found them online and had been wanting one of their habitats for about a year and a half. Finally got my wish. I ordered the 4x2x4 habitat for my chameleon last month and WOW! I couldn't be happier. This thing is not only sturdy as expected but just a gorgeous design and worth every penny. My chameleon jasper is so happy i even got a little creative and used the substrate screen as a door insert to increase ventilation. It just popped right in the frame and can be removed at night for increased humidity. Again…customer for life. These guys know what they’re doing for our little critters!”

“I got the sweetest little baby sun conure from here. She wasn't cheap but Melissa raised her very well. She's well adjusted and mentally healthy in addition to sweet and cuddly, which is never a given with bird breeders. My only regret is that she had to be clipped for safety in the store before I got her. I really wanted to avoid it, but it ended up being necessary and I was a bit disappointed. Other than that though, every experience I've had with them has been everything I could ask for. Definitely the best bird store in the Wichita area, in my opinion.”

“We have dealt with Whispering Pines roughly 10 years ago and were happy with our fish and water lilies. We decided after the fiasco we went through with getting fish through our county, we decided that we would be better off going back to Whispering Pines. The owners are personable, extremely knowledgeable and definitely cheaper. We enjoyed a nice ride in the countryside together and my husband is now putting the fish in our pond (all survived the ride home) Thanks Whispering Pines 🌲☺🛶🎣”

“The cat we have, who is a rescued stray, decided he wants to only eat really good cat food. He intolerant of grain based food, so my choices are limited. I went to Pet Supplies Plus on a mission to try different foods for this silly cat. He hated some of what I bought, so I took it back and bought other stuff. The team at the store was so friendly, and they were very helpful. The store has crazy-wide selection of brands and flavors, and it was reasonably priced. While it's pretty common to bring your pets to a pet store, it was cool to see how welcome the pets are. I recommend the store for sure.”
