“My husband surprised me with our CotonPoo, Marshmallow, from The Family Puppy of Fountain Walk on Mother's Day. They allowed us to spend as much time as we needed playing with her and getting to know her, which was really important to me since we have two children. They were also very thorough in explaining how to care for our puppy and encouraged us to call with any questions, which I did a few days after bringing her home just to get some clarification on Marshmallow's care instructions. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and we felt well prepared taking our little girl home. She has been an absolute joy!”

After a quick internet search there is a limited selection. It was late Monday afternoon, and I took a chance and called Oakridge Hobbies. I glanced at the clock and realized they closed in about 5 minutes. Chris was AWESOME!!!!! to work with. He had the product in stock, dropped it in the mail Monday afternoon and it arrived on our doorstep in TN on Wednesday. My son spent last night building his project and he is good to go. I cannot say enough about the impeccable customer service Chris provided plus going above and beyond by getting the product in the mail Monday night so we would have it by Wednesday. “This was my first visit, but won't be my last! I went in looking for a chuck it, extra chuck it balls, and hot spot medication. The toy selection is huge, and the prices seemed slightly less than other big box pet stores with plenty of sale items. I was able to find the toys and the hot spot spray easily, and I was happy to see many options including all natural sprays. The staff seemed available, but not overbearing. I signed up for the rewards program. I think this will be my new pet store!”
