“I started bringing my dog here because the last grooming place told me my dog needed to be medicated because she snaps/nips at the technicians. I’m so glad I started bringing her here, best thing that could’ve happened to our dog! She goes a few times a year and don’t have any problems. They document in their system notes for her like “cage shy” so they know to not reach in to cage so she doesn’t snap/nip at them. I noticed that she’s not very distressed when dropping her off and picking her up (which happened at the last place). From what I see the actual technicians care and treat the dogs kindly. I’ve recommended them to a few people, and they’ve also had good experiences (aside from some of the staff from the actual store can be a bit rude but not relating to the grooming staff).”

Super easy access to both sides of dog while bathing so you don't miss any spots. Professional high velocity dryers, perfect for blowing out those thick double coats. My only small complaint is the nozzles and water pressure isn't the best so it takes a bit of time to fully saturate a thick coat but it does the job after some time. Friendly and helpful staff, both self bathing experiences have been great and would definitely go back again.”
