“I have been to this ER twice and was treated by Dr. Newell both times. Dr. Newell was caring and attentive and is an excellent doctor. This past visit on 12/17, Mark did my check in and I unfortunately can't remember the name of my main nurse. They both treated me so kindly and professionally. The staff, nurses and Dr. Newell provided me with the best care I've received in an emergency room. They addressed my injuries thoroughly and their kindness to me during this difficult time provided me with great comfort. Even the security guard in red was so attentive waiting to hold the door for me back into the ER after using the bathroom in the lobby. The x-ray technician was so nice as well. Lake Isabella is a rural area and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful emergency room available to me when needed. I hope the staff here knows what a difference they're making in our little community.”
