“I am very pleased with the level of customer service and care with the pharmacy at Ingram. I had to return to work in a classroom setting and needed a flue shot. Even though it was only 5 minutes before the staff’s lunch break, they accommodated me. The pharmacist, Tekel explained a number of things to be aware in the “time of COVID “then gave me the vaccination. He is quiet knowledgeable but irres on the side of caution.”

“I had the most pleasant experience here today. I went in to pick up a prescription that CityMD sent, and the kind gentlemen behind the counter politely informed me that CityMD was incorrect, and they could not assist with this type of prescription. They gave me a copy of the prescription to bring to another pharmacy, and gave me a list of other locations that would be able to assist me closer to my home address. Very kind and straightforward. If I had a choice, I'd get my prescription filled here.”

“In the past I had stopped coming to this store I can't say I had to many positive things to say but periodically over the last few months I've had to come in for this or that, the new manager Anna has really made each of my experiences a very pleasant one. She makes it a priority to makes sure she remembers my name and ask me how I am. I'm always in a hurry and she will v line to whatever my need may be and get me in and out while always making me laugh or smile. I don't just stop in now because of whatever reason, now I make it a point to come in and know I will have a great experience!”

“I have used pharmacies in many states as I travel a lot. This one is just awesome. I have never had to wait very long VS any other pharmacy. The pharmacist, Joan, is JUST AWESOME. Over many interactions I have had she always goes above and beyond the call and is truly kind and a really great person. The tech, Hunter, Is just awesome too. He handles the drivethru, counter and phones at the same time yet gives each person kindness and the time they need. Its really like your the only person when they are helping you. “I can't even begin to explain all the ways the pharmacists here have gone out of their way to accommodate me. Teaching me ways to get around problems while I was having issues with my insurance. Teaching me how to describe issues to my doctor to avoid those problems in the future. I don't even live in the area anymore but continue to use them as my pharmacy based solely on the confidence I have in them to eliminate the occasional headaches one can have when dealing with a chronic illness like asthma. Also, the fried chicken is top notch and super affordable. Treat yourself.”

“Great Pharmacy! After years of serious allergic reactions due to cross contamination, I FINALLY found a pharmacy that handles medication correctly! Im so grateful for the extra care they take to be professional, & follow the procedures that keep us safe. It's a lot more work for them, but it's so important for so many reasons! VERY RARE to find a pharm that doesn't cut corners. (I didnt think it existed! Ive even been to hospital pharmacies that contaminate). Great people, everyone is so nice & helpful. Great store for gifts, etc too. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”
